Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst
Job Duties:
● Monitor and analyze end-to-end supply chain operations—including purchasing,
inventory control, order fulfillment, and warehousing—to improve accuracy, efficiency,
and responsiveness.
● Use ShipStation to manage multi-channel e-commerce and wholesale order processing,
coordinate with carriers, and ensure accurate shipping and tracking.
● Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse visibility throughExtensiv (3PL Warehouse
Manager), reconciling stock levels across systems and supporting inbound and outbound
logistics.
● Conduct data-driven analyses of sales, orders, and inventory levels to detect trends,
prevent stockouts, and generate actionable insights that inform procurement and
replenishment strategies.
● Collaborate with third-party logistics providers to ensure on-time delivery, resolve
inventory discrepancies, and align logistics activities with internal demand forecasts.
● Manage EDI transmissions and associated logistics documentation—including packing
slips, shipping labels, and Advance Shipping Notices (ASNs)—to ensure compliance and
efficient partner communication.
● Design, implement, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve
consistency, control, and performance across warehouse workflows and inventory
management processes.
● Prepare recurring performance reports and inventory dashboards to support demand
forecasting, vendor evaluations, and strategic planning across departments.
● Remain current with logistics technologies and automation tools to support system
integration and performance optimization between platforms such as Extensiv and
ShipStation.
Job Requirements:
Master’s degree and foreign equivalent Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management,
Business Analytics, or a closely related field.

Required Skills and Tools
 Strategic sourcing, procurement planning, and supply chain optimization.
 Forecasting demand based on historical data and predictive modeling.
 Supply chain frameworks including MRP (Material Requirements Planning), EOQ
(Economic Order Quantity), and DRP (Distribution Requirements Planning).

 Integrating ERP, OMS, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365.
 Analytical tools Python, R, Tableau, and Excel.
